Old Hickory Council Achievement Award - 100th Belt Buckle Program The goal of the Old Hickory Council, BSA, is to provide meaningful council, district, and unit activities during 2009 and 2010 to coincide with national activities for commemorating the 100th Anniversary of the Boy Scouts of America. In celebration, the Old Hickory Council is offering a special, commemorative belt buckle to any registered Cub Scout, Boy Scout, Venturer, or adult Scouter that participates in the national patch program and certain quarterly council Scouting activities as described in this document. To earn the belt buckle, participants must earn theYear of Celebration patch established by BSA national and all five segments—Achievement, Character, Leadership, Outdoors, and Service; and, complete at least one council requirement during each quarter.
