National Youth Leader Training, or NYLT, this has replaced Junior Youth Leader Training, but is anything but "junior."
Accepting only the best of the best, this training surpasses anything the BSA has ever developed in youth leader training.
While incorporating the patrol method, leadership skills will be taught in both and indoor and outdoor setting and
promises to be fun, adventurous, and informative. It is the youth equivalent of Wood Badge (the highest training an
adult leader can receive).
