2025 Unit Charter Renewal
Get Ready to Renew your Units!
Deadline to complete Unit Renewal for 3/31/25 Expirations is March 15!
A reminder that the Unit Charter Renewal and the Individual Membership Registration Renewal are separate processes.
Unit preparation for Unit Charter Renewal and Membership Renewal:
- Roster checks for adults- positions for 2025, YPT dates, other training dates. March YPT expirations MUST be completed before the unit renews.
- Roster checks for youth- parent relationships, email addresses, updated information as needed
- Identify youth and/or adults the unit will pay for or whose families will need to pay in an alternate way or may need the Financial Assistance Form
- Ensure all Key 3 (Committee Chair, Chartered Organization Representative or Delegate and Unit Leader) have access to the unit Organization/Position Manager Tool in My.Scouting
- Update Unit Organization Manager- Settings with Credit Card and Unit Pin

February 13 7:00 pm- Wachovia Roundtable Information and Q&A Session
