The 2025 Wachovia District Pinewood Derby is Revving Up!

Location: Lewisville United Methodist Church

Time: Check-In 7:30am - 8:45am | Racing begins @ 9:00am

Each Cub Scout Pack in Wachovia District (Forsyth County) can send up to 3 Scouts per Den to represent their unit at the Wachovia District Pinewood Derby. The Scouts must participate in their 2025 Pack Pinewood Derby.

Pit Passes will be issued to each Scout racer. Scouts can wear their Pit Pass during our race-day event for the total racing experience. Scouts are requested to wear their Cub Scout Uniform for the Pinewood Derby and for their Pit Pass picture during check-in. See an example of what the Pit Pass will look like above!

In addition to all Scouts receiving a personalized Pit Pass, the top 3 racers in each Den division (also including adult division) will receive a keepsake award AND the top 3 OVERALL Cub Scout racers will receive an award!

We will have concession and beverage items for sale at the Pinewood Derby. Be sure to bring a couple of bucks for your Scout to enjoy a treat while at the race!

Our Adult Race continues for 2025 and will take place at the conclusion of the Scout races. Rule differences for the Adult race can be found in the Wachovia District Pinewood Derby Leader's Guide. Registration must be made along with Pack registration.

Fee for Cub Scout and Adult Race participants is $10.00 per person. Registration must be completed by the Cubmaster or Pack Designee. Use the form on this page, below, for registration.
