Trail to Eagle Scout

If you are on this page, it means that you are working towards achieving the Rank of Eagle Scout. The trail to Eagle Scout requires a tremendous commitment to stay on a long sometimes rough path. As a life scout, you are just one step away from youth’s most significant accomplishment and honor. But that’s a big step, and only 56% of Life Scouts complete Eagle. Happily, the choice is yours.

On this page, you will find resources to help you along the way to becoming an Eagle Scout, including the required paperwork and a helpful checklist, as well as contacts to your district and council-level Eagle Scout advisors. Click their name on the right side menu to email them.

January 2025 Update for Reference Recommendations- Eagle candidates are asked to request letters of recommendation from the references listed on your application. You can have them returned in a sealed envelope to include in your binder, or they can email them directly to Lisa Bodenheimer, Council Eagle Processor.   They can also mail them to the council to Lisa's attention.   There is an optional Eagle Reference Form available in the Resource section if you choose to use it.
