Old Hickory Council National Jamboree Contingent Information

Join other members of the Old Hickory Council as we take on the National Jamboree in 2026. Unite with an estimated 20,000 scouts from around the world at the Summit in West Virginia for all the high adventure opportunities scouting can offer. 

The Old Hickory Council contingent will be made up of 40 participants, 4 of should be adult leaders, however more adult leaders can attend. All National Jamboree participants must be at least 12 years old either on, or before, the first day of the Jamboree.

Dates: July 22-31, 2026

Where: Summit Bechtel Reserve in Glen Jean, West Virginia

Estimated Cost: To be determined (Cost in 2023, $1,800 per participant)

Jamboree Shakeown: June 20-21, 2026 at Camp Raven Knob

Your cost will include:

• Transportation to and from the Summit
• National Fee to the National Jamboree
• Jamboree Training & Shakedown Events
• Customized Old Hickory Council National Jamboree duffle bag & day pack 
• 2 Old Hickory Council contingent t-shirts
• 5 sets of OHC Jamboree patches
